2 new additions 2 my photo collection. im always on the look out 4 early american photos of minority folk, or folks who look like they are “passing” as non minority folks, only bc i come from a lineage tht ws doing tht pretty hardcore+ i find it fascinating. those are hard 2 find. photo digging at flea markets in the southern usa is really special 4 that tho. the older the photo the better. i usually dont go past the 1940’s, stay away from color,+just like the photos tht my imagination can run wild w/ like these kids on a rooftop or travelers like these silly sailorboys. im not 100% sure where it comes from, but i have an eternal soft spot 4 sailor history.#historygeek (Taken with Instagram)
